Cyclone16/550 Features: 16C550 Non-intelligent UARTS Data rates up to 115.2 Kbps on all ports! 16 byte transmit/receive FIFO's Flexible addressing selections. There are 8 addressing modes (6 vertical and two horizontal modes) to choose from. Flexible IRQ selections. Operating systems supported: WindowsNT, Windows95, Linux, FreeBSD, BSDI, OS/2 (using SIO) and DOS. Compatible with all popular BBS/Internet software: PCBoard, MajorBBS, Worldgroup, , Metaworlds, Esoft, Durand Mindwire, Wildcat, and much more!
